HeadshotGen provides an AI-powered headshot generation service. Users upload a selfie and receive AI-generated professional headshots in various styles.
2. Credits & Payments
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-transferable.
- Credits do not expire.
- Each headshot generation consumes one credit.
- Free tier is limited to 2 preview headshots.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if unsatisfied with quality.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of other people without their consent
- Use generated headshots for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
- Reverse-engineer or abuse the API
4. Generated Content
You own the headshots generated from your photos. However, results are AI-generated and may not be perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability
HeadshotGen is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
